Dude, I'm impressed; the 'Pit' looks awesome. Really like what you've done with the place, what with the 'demolition' decor going on. Fred's right about the shower; keep a firm grip on the soap.
Seriously, the new place looks great. Yard looks big; how much land do you have with that? Any opportunity to put in a large outbuilding. If you do, and you plan to let horses share part of it, make sure you put in a large wall to separate the horses from everything else. It has got to be the absolutely, most stout wall you can design; if you don't the horse stuff (tack, feed, etc.) will take over the rest of the building.
Want to get in good with the neighbors; I've got two words for you - JD. No, it's not Juvenile Delinquent, but John Deere. You'll pay more, but you won't regret it. It's going to take serious machinery to care for the yard and garner the respect of your neighbors.
The house interior is sweet; lots of great living space, plus the basement is 'untouched'. Gotta be thinking home theater! The gas savings of not having to drive to Cheyenne to get a theater experience will pay for the equipment in no time.
Congrats on purchase; life just keeps getting better all the time for you. You deserve it.
